She had to pick 4 though, so it was always going to be tough. And it’s not like she chose to be HoH, she got it through random luck.

Pick Lily and I'd have more sympathy. Even Hanah, if she decided to choose both of those who were involved in Friday's accident. There were a couple of what felt like cop out choices but, then again, considering how Hanah and Lily would potentially react when compared to Khaled and Thomas (presumably they won't majorly kick off) then I can sort of understand it. But don't use fake as an excuse if you're going to be it yourself.

Yeah I'm concerned as to how the voting window might've affected things, really doesn't seem fair! I never usually watch live and only did last night because I suspected something was afoot....

On the one hand I feel like...surely if the producers are messing around with things as they seem to be, they'd engineer it to give someone like Ali (ie. big character in the house who causes a lot of drama inside and a lot of engagement outside) the best chance of staying in.

On the other - she has often been painted as the villain of the show; from what I've briefly seen of L&L, it feels like they encourage that narrative (correct me if I'm wrong); they've got her dressed in a red witch outfit for Halloween; she'd be finding out she's evicted by being gunged; and then thrown out the backdoor. It might be that the producers think that'd be the perfect spectacle through which to throw her out, and so have engineered it as such to give her a higher chance of leaving.

No idea! Would love to be able to peek behind the scenes
