The thing that makes these codes a bit pointless is... once the code becomes well known, it's no longer a code. You might as well just go to the bar and directly ask for help.... because if the perp knows that "asking for Angela" is code for asking for help... there's no difference.

Really, in order for it to work at all, they should put a unique code phrase in the women's toilets and change it regularly.
