The first chap is Nazi saluting at the person recording as an insult to them - he is blatantly suggesting that they (those bystanders recording)are Nazis, not himself doing a nazi salute. You have only my deepest sympathies for this apparent lack of any ability in social comprehension.

The second guy just has his hand in the air, much like I imagine you all must, when grasping so desperately at invisible straws.

Lucky I was here to correct everyone's thinking eh @Livia . You might all have just gone about your day continuing to be either blinkeredly, performatively, or straight up deliberately/disingenuously dumb. No one wants that.
