Quand il pleut, il pleut
|
…I don’t know if anyone is watching/has watched this…it’s streaming in ITVX, I just started to watch it yesterday and it’s really very good…’A farmer is confronted with dark forces seeping into his rural community, leading to an investigation into the county lines drug cartel.’….

Yes, we watched all eps, its a great series and Martin Clunes is such a great actor who can pivot into any role

…yeah I agree, Cherie…Martin Clunes is one of those people who often seem to ‘under-act’ the character…/…he has such an effortless type style…he’s very watchable and likeable….I think that I only have the last episode to watch, it was such a good binge watch…I mean, predictable in the storyline but very well done…

Great series and a great Welsh accent from Clunes too.
The actor who plays Caleb, Clunes’ brother, is from five mins up the road from me! Surely the ending is setting up for a second series? |

…I was wondering that actually, which of the actors were Welsh as Martin Clunes’ accent blended perfectly, didn’t it…so it’s interesting to see you saying the same and praising it from the perspective of someone Welsh…I didn’t like the ending, I have to say…but all in all, it was a good watch…the beginning/opening was heartbreaking, I still have flashbacks with that scene…
