…Rickard Andersson was known to have had mental health problems and had also several times been refused military service…and yet he still was able to have a license to own and to use multiple hunting rifles…he was able to walk into a school that was completely unsecure, dressed in ‘military clothing’ and carrying three guns and a knife and to take the lives of 10 people…I mean it’s just staggering that with known mental health problems, he was still given the weaponry to do this…this is where it all falls down ….
