I gave up watching as he was not getting to the crux of the matter I have no idea why he was banned (or band) as it said in the title

The local market where he has been feeding the homeless from have complained to the council, and the council have said he goes against what they hope for the area.

I know the video is about half an hour, but the gentle mannirisms, like the way he puts the lid under the container as he fills it to keep his hands from the heat, but to also give the homeless person the decision to either keep it for later or do the same really intrigued me for some reason. Giving out the buns for the soup as well, squeezing them to the top of the packaging instead of handing it with his hands. The fork also, straight into the dish instead of handed to the homeless person.

At first I thought those actions were snobbish, but the deeper into the video you get, you can tell its all from a good heart.

Mane thing is though.. imagine being banned from feeding the homeless.

Even if the food looks like it could do with meated up.

His food looks great, and he is doing a great job.
But the Council must know about it.

Yes Parmy (Beso)
I can see it.

It is simple to ask
permission from the Council.

Why should you need permission from anyone to feed the hungry?

Especially from a shopping trolley and one pot.

It's not like a mass operation or anything.

This.

"Please Council, can I be allowed to feed the homeless?"

What is wrong with this country sometimes.

He should have tried feeding illegals, they'd probably have give him an OBE. Although our illegals are well fed, so no need. Our own homeless are not fashionable. He's been treated disgracefully for trying to do good.

Do the council think they live in the land of the teletubbies?
Not what they want blah blah blah.
People are cold and starving out there, get your ruddy finger out to help them not ban someone who is trying.

I'm shaking my head in dismay at politics right now and that includes Councils too.
