Task Talk

Today the Housemates were given 2 Task descriptions, one of the tasks..Quick Quotes..was made optional.

Only Vanessa was able to take part in the Quotes Task and she was well rewarded with 1500 contributions points which consisted of 250 points per correctly guessed quote. Vanessa scored 6 out of a maximum 12.

The 2nd Task was an old favourite revisited, yep it was The Big Quiz, a questionnaire for each housemate to talk strengths and weaknesses, strategy, hopes and dreams and more.

The questionnaire needs to be submitted by 10pm tomorrow night and afterwards they'll all 4 be posted in here for viewers to check out

"Hi Housemates, Cherie here, just a quick word to congratulate you all on making the final, you have done yourselves, your friends, your family, your pets, everyone you know PROUD, you have hung in there through testing times, and you have not given into the temptation of a showmance though at times I thought Barry and Nicky might go down this route, thankfully Nicky wearing his LED mask at night put paid to any shenanagins, Vanessa has spent alot of time making pasta and pizza in the kitchen, again this is probably a big no no as you dont want to be seen as the Mum of the house, Jones singing in the shower threatened to derail viewing figures but thankfully we all found the mute button, anyway I said I would keep it brief, so enjoy your last weekend and may the best person win, and remember viewers ...Keeeeep Voting....oh sorry I thought I was in the Strictly thread then.

Hello. Welcome to Late n Live on this Saturday evening.

I've been a bit poorly today as has one of our lovely housemates..Jones. never fear, we are both persevering and won't be deterred.

Let's do the Camera Run first.

Jones is confined to bed, but he's working away like mad on both his Scandalous Task article and his Campaign post. Cannot keep a good man down.

Vanessa, Nicky and Barry are enacting their very own BGT auditions. Barry is dancing merrily away. Nicky is in the kitchen drumming with pans and spoons and Vanessa is treating us to a song in the form of "This Girl Is On Fire." She certainly is.

My Campaign. By Barry.

I'd like to win. I'm proud of myself for being a clear underdog and making the final after exiting so early last year due to ill health. I wanted redemption, the chance to do it all again. I might not have been the most active this year but I've given it all I could. I've enjoyed it and have only great things to say about my fellow housemates and the hosts and also the viewers. I've enjoyed reading the Lounge thread and have been rather tempted to go in there and say hello! Lol. But I've been good. Kate says I'm a lovely person. I hope so. I try my best.

Vote how you like. I'm happy with whatever the outcome. The other 3 finalists all have lots of good points too. They are amazing.

To anyone who has voted for me so far, thank you! I’m so happy to have made it to the final 4 and I'm excited to see how the final plays out.

All my fellow housemates have been great and would all deserve the win if I’m being honest.

BUT!… I would love to win. And here’s a few reasons why I think you should vote for me to WIN!


-I’ve been a really active member in the game

-I put 100% into every task that I had to take on

-I think i got on well with all the other housemates. There was no game playing from me. I was completely being myself the whole time

-I’ve enjoyed the whole experience.. the ups and downs. The stressful moments and the fun moments!


Personal Highlights

I loved getting to know the other housemates more

I really enjoyed the radio task and the lights, camera, action task

Surviving the first eviction. It was a close one but I was happy and surprised that I survived that one

Reaching the final of course!

Ammi..as you know you've been invited to judge and give results for this Task. Housemates had to write an article with a headline, that was both funny and scandalous about one of the other 3 finalists. 3 housemates out of 4 submitted an entry. One was unfortunately unable to. Entry A

Vanessa and the missing GlitterBall trophy.

At the close of the Strictly Come Dancing final, Vanessa was excited to see who’d win the trophy this year. Vanessa loved the dances and celebrities but she had her eyes on the dancers, mostly Giovanni. His pants were looking tight, Vanessa thought.

After the show Vanessa went back stage, pretending to be one of the guards. She sneaked into the dressing room of the winner and there she saw it, the glitter ball trophy. She was staring at it as though it was hypnotising her. Vanessa grabbed the trophy and put it under her shirt, it looked like she was hiding a person under her clothing.

Vanessa ran out the room, but one of the guards was coming. She ran into the next room. The shower room.

There he was, Giovanni, with a towel wrapped around his waist. Vanessa dropped the trophy and fake fainted into his arms. Carlos walked in and gasped. He took a photo of them. It was the scandal of the show! Gio had a sexy girl at his side!

Later Vanessa laughed as she polished the trophy in her apartment.
