…go woke or go samba…?…I don’t regularly watch Strictly but I believe that she’s done some acting as well as modelling…she’s as celebrity as some and possibly moreso than some also…I’m also reading that she’s written a children’s book about growing up with Down Syndrome…and not just with Strictly but with much reality TV …what Ellie has achieved, she’s achieved in her own name and not through being an uncle of/a daughter of/a neighbour of or whatever attachment to a well known person…

also would be nice to have a year with not sympathy narrative, but multiple, here with Ellie (first contestant on the show with down syndrome) Cavendish (his whole returning to his childhood love for dancing narrative will go down well with the show's most passionate fans of dance i think) and Donal Logue (regarding his story being the parent of a trans daughter and being proud of that, as well as being Pro-LGBT+, and honestly he might have been noticed with the 300th anniversary ep of murdoch mysteries)
