Outbreak. From back in the nineties starring Dustin Hoffman, Renee Russo, Donald Sutherland, Morgan Freeman, Cuba Gooding Jr. Follows the story of a virus outbreak from Africa to small town America. Can't imagine how I missed this one, it was excellent. 9/10

At close range. I forgot that it's been in my to watch list for so long because of Madonna's Live to tell. Today is my day off and while looking for a film to watch this popped up but I had no idea what it was until the opening scene. I only clicked on it because of Sean Penn. That score though, was instantly hooked


Anyway sad true story 8/10

…At Close Range……I’d forgotten what a powerful story it was…I’d forgotten that it was based on a true story….I’d forgotten how great to have Sean Penn and Christopher Walken on the same screen together…I’d forgotten how great that Madonna track is and how perfect it was in the movie score…I’d also forgotten that Chris Penn played the other son/brother and that their mother played the grandma…

…I’ll also say 8/10, a powerful true story and was totally absorbed in that re-watch…
