With just a week to go until the Semi-Final, I do have a question about the logo and the visual design of the contest for the nineteenth edition.

What should I do about the logo and the visual design so it doesn't feel boring or samey?

Question about the visual design:
1. Should I continue to use the same design that last edition and this edition have used, albeit with different colours and typefaces?
2. Should I create a new visual design?
or 3. Should I go back to the Eurovision 2024 style-design?

Question about the logo:
1. Keep the current logo?
2. Use the horizontal version of the current logo instead of the vertical version?
or 3. Go back to the previous logo with the heart?

…it really doesn’t feel boring and samey, it more feels like a familiar that we love to see on the forum and with a current climate of rapid change and a vibe of quick and fast moving, your logo/designs are a bit of a lighthouse, Josiah…taking over the TiBB Eurovision was not an easy thing because it’s always been so loved and one of the biggest forum positives…?…those are daunting shoes to fill, aren't they…?…but by making it into a music festival and celebration of world/country music you’ve really build it into such a great part of the forum that those who take part, love…so no changes needed….you've already made those changes and made it a wonderful experience……

…I recall when I was about to start Most Loved and how incredibly nervous I felt because all that came before me were such fabulous hosts and it was such a loved thing for the forum…anyway, a forum person said to me, this isn’t their Most Loved though…it’s yours and it’ll work perfectly if you do it your way/always do it your way…and I think that applies here also…?…if you feel that you want to freshen it up because you have ideas of new graphics, if that’s what your own feelings are leading you to do…?…then be guided by that because you’ve made this music festival yours and it’ll always be right and work perfectly if you follow your own creativity with it, Josiah…

I have decided that for the nineteenth edition, I will be elevating the horizontal variant of the current logo to be the main logo. I will also be continuing on with the current graphics package, though changing some of the graphics and fonts (which will start being seen at points with this upcoming edition).

In addition, spokespersons will be making their return to the Grand Final during the jury voting. Spokespersons were last seen during the 13th edition in June of last year.

The Semi-Final is on Saturday!!! Can't wait for you all to listen and vote on the songs.

Due to New Zealand being both the previous and current host country... Poland, as the runners-up of the previous edition, will open up the jury voting sequence in the Grand Final; whilst New Zealand will close the jury voting sequence.

Even though we are just days away from the Semi-Final, I have more news about the future of the contest.

After this edition, Delilah Crawford will be leaving the role of Executive Supervisor; but there already is a successor for the nineteenth edition in January.
