The new Big Brother EYE is based upon the early 20th century art fashion of Russian Constructivism - google some constructivist images and you'll see what I mean.

As has been said the only time that the design of the eye logo related to anything that happened in the show was BB5.

Not really... when you think closer about it....

BB3... divide of orange and green House Divide

BB5... Evil Eye/ format change BB Gets Evil for the 1st time

BB7 Gold/ Twisted Golden Housemate/ticket BB was twisted

BB8 Multicoloured Summery/ Nicer BB/ Bright/ Peaceful co-existance

And wasn't the BB8's keywhole for the secret rooms (the bar off the pool, the undiscovered 2nd floor from the bathroom) and also as its like their "locked out" from the secrets (fake week) and also since their locked out from the outside world... I do beleive the eye symbolizes something each year... they just want us to find what it means.
