Scary stuff. I always wonder why the likes of Japan, Thailand and the USA get earthquakes but we don’t?

We do get earthquakes, just very minor ones. We’re not on or near a fault line unlike Japan, west coast USA, NZ etc.

The UK also was last struck with tsunami’s in 1755 and 1761, caused by the Lisbon earthquakes.

Well actually i experienced an earthquake in the uk just last week. It was very small and short to be fair but it was still a bit scary.
