Love fresh flowers around the house, we have a couple of vases of them.

Is that you Elton?

The only time I buy flowers is Spring when daffs and tulips are on sale, otherwise we have fresh flowers if they are bought for an occasion

How can non-living things be murdered?

100%

Cut flowers are dying/dead flowers

Edit

Elton John spends £1 million a year on decorative cut flowers for his homes across the world !!

Pity he didn’t think to spend that money on children’s hospitals or whatever

Not fresh flowers often.

I do have some plants however.

On certain dates of the year though, in remembrance of my Mum, I do have Freesia flowers in the house as they were her favourite flower.

Like Cherry, I love spring flowers, I like to mix daffs with twigs with fresh shoots and blossoms. But too many flowers in the house reminds me of death.
