No...they were out on Saturday in Manchester but the Iranian protestors sided with the patriots out opposing antifa.

I worry about the soul of the West when politics is the moral division. I can understand living behind a bias, but it shouldn't be this easy.

I've actually only just started reading about this subject after giving myself a few days off of consuming news for my own sanity and I wanted to properly read up on it before forming an opinion (I know for some this is a foreign concept)

Obviously this is horrific - I support (as discussed in other threads) civilians freedom to protest, particularly when it comes to bringing down authoritarian governments like Iran's. (As someone who is socially left wing, I do not support anti-liberal, socially-conservative governments - unlike some of you - like Irans)

This is truly sick and further just makes me worry for the state of the world. My heart goes out the families of those dead. I read an article about Efran who is feared to have been executed. I honestly despair for what this world is and sometimes I wish someone would just push a button somewhere and put us all out of our misery. It's depressing to watch, so scary to think of what the future looks like and so I can't imagine what it's like to live through some of the worst atrocities.

Obviously this may not span to 11 pages of debate because - well, there won't be any - everyone will be on the same page with this, I'm sure. Iran's government is sickening and this is a widespread tragedy.

How do people think the regime in charge of Iran is any different from the regime running Palestine? Beats me why one lot has support and the others are the subject of much tutting and shaking of heads. They both subjugate and murder their own people, they both keep them under the yoke of Islam, no freedom of choice, no equality... Yet one is good and one is bad.

trump may still do something, he is unpredictable, so nothing can be discounted. However, the iranian regime were never going to be overthrown peacefully, so there was bound to be civilian slaughter

To be fair, the majority of the support for Palestine that I see isn't in support of their regime, it's in support of the civilians not being killed by the Israeli government.
