I’d just look at the top 10 point scorers overall from everyone else’s votes in both the tele and jury and then just award his points reflecting those in each. That way it won’t alter any positions.

Say the jury top ten looked like this after everyone voted:

276 - Liechtenstein
200 - Turkmenistan
189 - Fiji
187 - Guyana
160 - Gibraltar
155 - Chad
143 - Eritrea
139 - Palau
118 - Nepal
97 - Cape Verde

Award his points from his countries based on them:

12 - Liechtenstein
10 - Turkmenistan
8 - Fiji

And so on. And then do the same for televotes.

Does that make sense?
