Everything about that place is bad vibes.

Also. When self-service checkout gives you a Euro instead of a pound.

Really? A Euro is only worth about 88p, that's outrageous. And on that note, why do Tesco price tags say, for instance £5/5 Euros? £5 is worth about 5.75 Euros. We are bein ripped off even more than we thought.

The stigma associated with being a pregnant women across certain cultures (if you know, you know). Even when the woman’s married and expected to have kids at some point, it can be seen as a moral stain that lowers status.

Pretty-much. We live in a world that judges women for all sorts of unfair reasons, their looks, their aspirations, the state of their children, their right to inherit property and much more. So yes. Pregnancy does have a conditional stigma to it across the world.

People will judge and hate on women for anything. And certain corners of society enable it.

The way you weaponise your conditions and the way you think they make you fragile as a shield against criticism is fundamentally writing but also a double-edged sword. You have to remember that the way you see things is going to be very different from the way someone who’s less cross-wired between all that stuff and natural personality is going to see things. If someone’s telling you that you’re being socially inappropriate, you likely are. You don’t have the accountability or self-awareness to take your word for non-biased innocuous opinion. There’s no excuse for that, but that’s how you let your autism define you. Meaning you’re not accountable to your virtual word on any level and can’t see what other people can see if you genuinely don’t see how you come across as misogynistic and (especially for your age) immature. You blatantly can’t rely on your own social instinct to navigate you away from prejudice which is blatantly obvious to anyone-else, including the mutually neurodivergent who still have respect for the opposite sex and don’t let their conditions define their whole personality like you do. P.S.: the struggles of men don’t invalidate women’s struggles. The struggles of Jews in a world that can be quite anti-Semitic don’t invalidate the struggles of people of colour, either. People are allowed to state struggles without being roped into comparison out of guilt and defensiveness. And with that I bring this thread of thought so far as it involves you to a close. I’ve got nothing more to say to you today. I value healthy blood-pressure.

I am defensive because you are constantly nibbling away at my nerves .. we all see it and occasionally someone is brave enough to mention it . So if you value my blood pressure like the kind person you claim to be then just stop following me around the forum finding fault or just being routinely unpleasant towards me Last edited by Zizu; Yesterday at 08:33 PM. |

But misogyny is more pervasive and deeply-rooted in society overall, of-course. About that per-se there’s no doubt whatsoever.
