Yes. Channel 4 even slowed the footage down to show the sequence clearly. The woman ends up on the snow, he steps in, and things escalate quickly. The part people are asking about now is whether an American is somehow not allowed to stand in an area that ICE happens to be patrolling. That’s the core issue being debated.

Basically, they are saying if an agent walks toward you or you walk toward them and you happen to be wearing a gun (protected by the 2nd amendment) that ICE are entitled to murder you

All this really shows is hypocrisy. They excuse shooters at kids schools because of the 2nd amendment but if you happen to be in the circle of an ICE agent wearing a gun, they can kill you

I agree with you. The contradiction is impossible to overlook. On one hand, the 2nd Amendment is treated as untouchable, even in situations where it is used to justify carrying guns into schools or other high-risk areas. However, the moment an ordinary citizen with a holstered, legal firearm is near ICE, the narrative changes completely. Suddenly, just being in the same vicinity is portrayed as a threat. …I think that’s it though, isn’t it…the 2nd Amendment only really would apply to a leader who believes in democracy and a free America and what we’re seeing now/whether it be on the world stage or in the US …?…is more akin to a dictatorship…this is Trump’s law/Trump’s will and Trump’s authorised killings…ICE ‘have the power’, whatever that power entail…Trump hasn’t just become the biggest enemy of the world, he’s also the biggest enemy of his own country it would seem…

He is either condoning it or he’s lying about events that took place. JD Vance said that federal agents face absolute immunity. Trumps administration is to blame for emboldening ICE agents and letting them know they can get away with literal murder.

They didn't say 'stand up' they said 'speak out'. None of them have encouraged physical confrontation while Trump's spokespeople appear to label the victim without any formal investigation.
