Not everyone is a troll Glenn ,some people are genuinely concerned for her health .

The internet is the internet,so they'll always be people saying unhelpful remarks . But when someone is in the public eye ,and they've drastically changed to the point where they look frail and ill ...then it's worrying .

She's definitely going through a lot, especially since losing her dad .
