Its trying to be edgy in a teenage boy type way but isnt. It has zero charm and meaning wise its just rather silly?

Its the type of song that everyone says "with the right staging it should do well"

and that in itself tells you all you need to know

After the 3rd listen through and getting passed the lyrics being dumb as all hell, I think I’m addicted.

The thing is outside of the UK the lyrics don’t matter too much. Similar to entries in non English for us.

It’s very catchy, and good to see we’ve taken a risk again finally.

Oh completely, there’s been many songs over the years that have done well with lyrics that made zero sense, even in English, it’s just a personal thing for me with songs with weird lyrics

Absolutely, I’d rather we try something different and come last than come last with the same old recycled rubbish we normally send, I can see it going down quite well with the audience at the show for sure

Ahh nice. I’m just happy we’ve gone with something fun this year. We tend to send in drab entries which are so forgettable.

This wasn’t Eurovision, nor are we in the 60s so we’ve not fallen far.

We’re currently 9th in the odds to win.

We won’t win with this, but hopefully we can get some points from the public this year for the first time since Sam Ryder.

Not much lower than Sam.

Dizzy and I wrote a song were by already well known artists, so of course they were going to have higher. What the hell just happened, well I’m not actually sure what happened there, but it didn’t do very well in Eurovision or on the charts.
