I welcome this result.
It was an incredibly thought provoking debate from both sides.

The safeguards are nowhere near enough however.
The same with the bill in Westminster which is even worse as to safeguards.

It needs to be done in a totally securely safeguarding way for all.
Neither of these bills provide that in my view.
