I actually hate this concept .,
Loved the original show which you can watch whenever you want still I heard an excerpt on the radio yesterday and the individual voices weren’t even close - for example I thought that anyone can do a good Manuel imitation but seemingly not I have no idea who or why this would be popular

It's a strange concept because the show is so closely associated with the actors who originally played the roles. The same with Only Fools and Horses. I see Paul Whitehouse played Grandad, and I do love him... but it just won't be the same without the original cast, I reckon.

Fawlty towers was a show of it's time. When i heard they were remaking it, i knew i wouldn't like it because the humour that was available then wouldnt be allowed today
