I was watching Big Brother earlier this evening, when Sophie and Lee were sitting chatting through the bars to Alex.

Sophie spotted an ant on the floor and said 'Shall I kill it?'

Deadpan, Alex replied 'No, leave it ........ I'm hungry!'

The best line so far for me - I howled with laughter!

I really am starting to love Alex

His attitude over the whole rich poor divide has been perfect, he's got to know all his fellow poor bods well and he's calmed down a lot!

But his sense of humour is wonderful! there have been many times now that he's made me laugh out loud! (shame he's the only one really!)

I mentioned on another topic that I thought Alex was enjoying being in the poor side.
One afternoon this week he did nothing but smile.
It goes to show how wrong we all were at the start.

Although Alex is certainly starting to loosen up a bit he still gets right on my nerves. When he was in the diary room, being reminded of the rules by BB - he became all whingy and whiny again - no need!

I agree Susieq. He has been a lot better on the poor side and has come into his own a bit, but that obssessive moaniness is always lurking just underneath the surface.

Alex is still a little wuss and his voice grates on me a bit but he does liven things up sometimes and his quotes are priceless. He is a bit thoughtless sometimes but on the other hand he can be very caring too. There are definitley two side to this guy. I totally agree being on the 'poor' side has definitely stopped Alex being quite as prissy as he was...he's probably even peed in the outside shower himself by now !!! He does still get a bit irritating and Jade is getting very fed up with him constantly hovering over her to see that she doesn't do something he deems as wrong, but like Adele said he does mean well.
I do feel a bit sorry for him with the food situation, he looks like a bag of bones and was even feeling ill today. His toilet troubles might seem comical, but it can't be much fun for him suffering like he has been ever since he started living in the Big Bro' house, and he does take it all the mocking very well too.
Alex will never get my vote but I wouldn't mind if he was to stay until the last week.
