They didn't have £400 to spend but they were loads better off than the poor side. They at least had hot water in the morning, the shower and loo were not outside and they got a bit scarce on food one week but never as bad as what the poor side have to put up with this year. They had sofa's to sit on and a fair amount of alcohol. No comparison really.
They had tasks to keep them busy as well. I tend to agree with your analysis Kaz, the thought of Brian in the outside shower is very amusing. I acrtually don't think Helen would be as bad.
