can someone explain this whole karma thing to me?
dyu have to be some supermember to use it?

Nope.
Anyone can use it.

You turn it on via your control panel and it enables you to [+] members karma [for doing something good] or [-] members karma [for doing something bad]

Sorry, you are not allowed to edit the user's Karma.
Take note that time restrictions may be in place.
Also remember that you can't edit your own!



every time i try it says that?
and it is turned on in my control panel

You can only use it once every 3 or 4 hours..

Have you downed up upped anyones karma in that time ? x
