Some of the things that Lesley and Sam came out with on tonight (Thursday's) show made me cringe. First of all, Sam was in the diary room saying that the public will really respect her for sticking it out in the house, and that they will find her really funny, or sweet, or intelligent.
Then we had Lesley's pretend 'make friends' talk with Sam, where both of them were being as false as each other! It was really sly of Lesley thought to raise the point about the guys not fancying Sam any more. She really pressed the point home, pretending to be concerned for Sam, when it was quite obvious that really she was trying to undermine Sam's confidence. And then Lesley said that when she goes out she always has men falling at her feet! ![]() I still think Lesley will go tomorrow, but after Sam screwed up the task (possibly), and didn't care, and after what she said tonight, I think there's still a chance Sam will go. |

I think Sam has a point, people seem not to like her because she smiles. What's that all about?? I like Sam, I have no problem with her and I can see why she'd think people would see her as sweet as she has done nothing wrong really. She doesn't bitch [or only when atacked] or bully, she hasn't got involved in the arguments, she is pleasant enough in my eyes so I can see why Sam would think that.

I'm not keen on Sam but I felt a bit sorry for her last night too.
I thought Derek was a bit rude when he wouldn't leave the Kitchen area for Sam to serve up the food. His tone of voice and his whole persona was very threatening. |

Yes I felt sorry for Sam too, but she certainly didn't help herself with what she said in the diary room.

I was surprised by Sam's diary room coments. They just made me think that she was putting on an act all the time.
Not a very good act, but all very contrived. However, she certainly hasn't deserved the vitriolic attacks she has recieved, Vanessa is putting on an act, certainly. She is quiet, dull and a bit conspiratorial. Yet in the diary room she becomes Ms Zany. I think she is keeping her head down for a few weeks then will try to be a BIG personality later. So are most of them in fact. Pretty sure Lesley will go though. She obviously is as daft as she looks. |

I dont think Lesley did her cause any good. It's true what they say after a few days/weeks all the housemates' real characters come out. They cant keep the act up for ever.
You only have to see how they are with each other before nominations - totally false. There is definitely a very nasty side to Lesley, but Sam is so putting on an act. If the others could only see what she says in the diary room. Has it not got into them that if they fail the task - they have little food. Quite agree ROB if Vanessa stays I think we will see a different person - she is playing a waiting game at the moment. |
