It’s just the lazy papers having to put something in. God forbid they reported some real news.

The only bullies here are the press and the people complaining. Certainly since the race row, and to a lesser extent since Fight Night, they have been victimising the show and just wait for it to trip up, and then make a big story out of absolutely nothing.
Yes, Alexandra is hardly the nicest person in the world, she said some pretty damn nasty things in the row and stewed over it far too long - but it was one row - and although her and Bex are hardly best friends, it's over with. In addition, her behaviour was challenged by Big Brother - and other HMs - in the same show, and anyone with half a braincell watching knew she was in the wrong. Ultimately though IMO it's not down to Big Brother to judge her behaviour unless she seriously over stepped the mark. Like all HMs, the nominations and eviction process holds her behaviour to account - and if she is bullying, let the HMs nominate her and viewers evict her for it, not one producer scared of the tabloids. Also, OFCOM are seriously at fault here and have failed to learn from their mistakes in both the race row and other things since. There is no justification at all for them to be releasing daily, sometimes hourly, updates on the number of complaints received - that only encourages copycat complainers. |

Well, controversy is one of the things people love about Big Brother... they shouldn't have to tread on eggshells or they might as well be told what to say and do...
