Well, if you've unplugged the internet, that website won't work
 My advice would be to get an external memory source, such as a flash drive, external hard drive, CD, DVD etc., insert it into your PC, and copy all the files you want to keep on to it. Once you're sure that everything you want is safely copied on to it, delete all the files from your PC. You can then copy the files to your laptop from your memory source. Hope that works for you
