She's an ok singer, but she will need someone backing her. She has already been in the public eye when she appeared on the rivals show years ago, so I think if any producer/record executive were interested in her, they'd have snapped her up by now.

It doesn't look likely that she'll become succesful on the back of her Big Brother stint.

I'm not a Steph fan, and I am a professional singer, and the girl does have talent.

I know a lot of friends that write their own stuff professionally, and she's better than them (singing wise)...though I can't decipher how much of it was studio polishing, she has enough talent to get signed independent of Big Brother and I wish she'd never come on this show after hearing that. I don't know if you're comparing her to Aretha Franklin or what but pop voices do not sound that good today. (Uhm, hello, Britney's making millions still)

I av not, but it doesn't matter. Singing is singing, live and in person. She sang in the house alot and she was really, really bad in an X Factor wannabe kind of way who thinks they're awesome and Simon Cowell tells her she's great, but really she's attrocious. All you need to do is hold a tune and she can't.
