Big Brother contestant Alexandra De-Gale was thrown off the show last night for intimidating other housemates.


As a result the first eviction of the ninth series, due to take place on Friday, has been cancelled.

Channel 4 said that during her nomination for this week's eviction, De-Gale allegedly threatened her fellow housemates with punishment from "gangster friends".

I think if she had been evicted the crowd would have been removed for her safety,she has been a small fish in a small pond since she went in,their is an expression which fits here, " show me all you boast about and I'll show you what you lack".

The comments made cannot definitely be interpreted as intimidation but - like with the Emily incident last year - I suppose the producers have no choice but to throw her out. Such a shame.
