I agree there, although Rex apologised plenty of times yet the situation was blown out of proportion. I feel for Jen in the sense that she probably feels awful since she was at the crux of the argument, when in reality any little trigger could have set the whole thing off.

I think she's disliked mainly for the way she handled the situation - I do think she could have dealt with it a lot better, particularly after the announcement of Dennis' ejection. Her 'justice will be served' comment was bang out of order, and to me anyone who condones spitting in someone's face is not worthy of support.
