Default ALEX TO WIN if anyones left....!

Given that he was one of the first favourites for early eviction/walk, I'm putting a small bet on him to win, as he came out of the "rock v. a hard place" thing rather well I thought........

PJ on the other hand showed himself up to be the next candidate for the "over the wall" brigade.........

I've been on holiday for a week, so I've been away from the computer and the net.

I think that Alex did seem to improve in the poor side and occasionally made me laugh, but last night proved what an a******e he is!

I can see why some evil people will want to keep him there to annoy everyone else, but will they vote for him when it comes to picking a winner?

I hope not....

Catch up oldgit. I said if there was anyone left. They're leaving in droves.

Added to which, how would you have chosen who to have with you on the rich side.

ps. Keep it clean ........... your language that is...............

Sorry I have been away for a week!

I know that they are leaving in droves, but, sorry, the thought of Alex winning is too much for me, you touched the old raw nerve...

As for my language, I WAS being polite, if I were to express my opinion of him with all the words at my disposal... !

I'm sorry to disagree with you, Oldgit, but I absolutely love Alex. Although initially irritated by his moaning, I have found that he has grown on me week by week.

Right from the first night, he has made me laugh. Last week he was a shining light on the poor side trying to cheer everyone up.

His joy on winning the task last night was tangible. I also thought he chose the housemates to accompany him on the rich side in the fairest way he possibly could. He did explain his reasons for choosing them shortly afterwards.

I hope he goes on to win BB3.

I agree Miriam. he is so funny. I loved it when he told Spencer off for making repeated snidey comments about him being effeminate!

A question was asked "who would you have chosen to join the rich side with you?"

Personally if the choice was mine, I would have told BB where to shove the poor/rich side idea where the sun never shines and wouldn't have made that choice (easily getting atleast 100 with three darts (or even 20 with one!)), instead I would have told them to either replace the bars or call me a taxi for 9am tomorrow morning. Then I would have left the diary room, told the rest of the housemates what they asked me to do, told them what I did and thus proving I have a backbone, whereas I do believe none of the people in the house does.

I hope Tim does.

I was warming to Alex, but his choices for the rich side / poor side sent him down in my estimation again.

I agree with him choosing Adele and Jade, after all they'd had a week in the poor side, fair enough.

I don't agree with him choosing Sophie, as she'd already had 1 week in the rich side and also it isolates Kate from all the other girls.

OK, he would then have had to choose between PJ and Spencer, but at least whichever one of them didn't go through to the rich side would have been more understanding. If he wanted to stir things up a bit, he could have put PJ over there too - as it is, I imagine he's relieved to be separated from Jade

As far as I'm concerned, Alex made a very wise decision last night.

He obviously gets on well with the girls and therefore his choice of Adele and Jade was sound.

Now who to leave in the poor side, smelly Spencer or plebian PJ?

Of course he left them both in the poor side, they're both horrible!

I think Alex chose Sophie exactly for the reason he later gave, simply that he wanted the chance to get to know her better. And be honest, Kate would have been happy to go into the poor side as long as smelly Spencer was there.

Whoever had to make that choice last night was going to upset at least one other person. The only thing that annoys me about last night was the fact that plebian PJ said if they had been in the real world then he would have hit Alex.

He even said Alex was lucky there are bars up in the house!

Jerk!

Alex had a horrible decision to make the other night and whoever he would have chosen, he would have got stick for it.
He didnt choose over others for personal reasons, he did it cos he wanted to live clean and tidy and I say good for him!

I love Alex, he is hilarious and he doesnt even know it!!!!

GO ALEX!!!!:colo ur:

I think that Alex made the right decision on who he took to the rich side with him although perhaps he should have told PJ and Spencer the truth about their hygiene and the apathy and laziness both of them demonstrated last week.
He knew that Jonny wanted to take his turn on the poor side and I would imagine also thought that Kate would be happier with Jonny and Spencer. I also think that his wanting to get to know Sophie better was valid too.

Welcome to the forum, cymru.

I'm liking Alex more and more as the series progresses - his one-liners are hysterical.

This is a difficult one for me as both are my favourites. I will have to put off voting till the last minute if at all.

I agree Spencer does very little and yet he is quietly charismatic. Alex does more and is also charismatic but in a different way. I have to admit though that Alex is more entertaining.

Why oh why didn't they nominate PJ.
