I do that thing that Dale & Stuart in BB do with the straighteners every now and again if that counts. No idea what they are, they're just a pair my gf leaves here for when she stays over.

Mabe the term you will find is he washed it and just left it dry naturally, not brush it so it goes crazy.

Yep all the time, I used to have GHD's until they set on fire in my hand now I have FHI's which IMO are better.

Im used to have the pink FHI's but then the plates came off so i brought GHD's.. bloody cost me a fortune in straightners...

I dont because i have naturally straight hair... occasionally i have a bad hair day and use the iron to do it because i wouldnt get enough use out of straighter to buy a pair if my hair is straight 99.9% of the time.

LOL

A girl I know did that once because her straighteners had broke and she left the iron on part of her hair for a little too long and it burnt and fell out! It was right at the bottom though so not that much (about half an inch) and she said it needed cutting anyway
