I have a phobia of needles, but I am a blood donor.
What my nurse used to do was sing a song whilst she was doing it LOL, and on another occasion she was describing the perfectly holiday (and my dad was in the room) and she deviated a tiny bit and started talking about naked men sunbathing with glistening bodies - it was so scary. |
