Has anyone else heard about this? I'm sorry if it's been talked about already, but I just saw this posted on a Davina fansite.

Davina for Stricting Come Dancing?

Davina was among a group of celebrities snapped at a secret BBC meeting in a London hotel this week, reports the Daily Record.

The stars, also including Leigh Francis (Bo' Selecta), Richard Hammond (Top Gear) and June Sarpong (T4) remained tight lipped about what they were doing in London's Soho Hotel, but the presence of Strictly professional dancer Flavia Cacace was a possible hint.

As was the attendance of Kelly Brook, a hot favourite to win the 2007 series who had to pull out due to the death of her father, possibly given a second chance.

It's not the first time Davina's named has been mentioned in relation to Strictly Come Dancing, with reports last year suggesting Davina herself expressed an interest in taking part.

Could Davina be donning those sequins for a turn on the dancefloor? The official line-up will be revealed in a matter of weeks.

That won't happen. She's said at least once before that she wouldn't go on CBB.

She has no other TV projects at that time so it wouldn't surprise me if she did do it

I wouldn't think so. A well-known television presenter wouldn't go on a celebrity contest show. It would degrade her slightly in the industry. She has to fend for herself to some extent. It's only television stars that people kinda remember that tend to go on there.
