My thoughts on Sara are she's just a really people person, and some people in the house aren't used to how she can be friendly to so many people. Yes she's doing some flirting, so what? they seem to be enjoying it, it's not like she has a boyfriend on the outside to upset. I know people who are like Sara, and when they truely fancy / like someone, they act different around them, you would see a difference.
