I think he enjoyed his little party with Becca,Dale and Darnell he doesn't drink so the other housemates would of benefited off the alchocol if they got a party.

but due to his 21st he was permitted to take Bex with him
to the Wine Room.

Yeah he had to pick 2 people from the Hell side including himself and two people from the Heaven side so he choose Bex Darnell and Dale
