Have a look at the thread that Princess Pink Pants started about this and you will see a screen shot of what the chat screen should look like. Princess has been having this problem for ages and we're not sure why. The only thing that we have been able to think of is that she (and now it seems you) don't have the correct plugin loaded for it to work. |
