Should Big Brother have a task in which all housemates nominate who is most unopinionated and impartial housemate, then the housemate who gets highest nominations then is the house decider and opinater.

For example: * Decides the nominees for eviction
* A start of task asked various questions by Big Brother like who most boring, who a game player etc and then during week play them by VT to the house at random times
* Put people into new 'bonding' pairs


Would that be good to see and finally see a housemate with no opinion be forced to give one.
