BB gives housemates alcohol for a reason, because it's gets them talking and it can open up new storylines when new friendships or enemies are formed. That was just an excuse to give them alcohol before the night before the eviction.

This on the other hand is a major treat, that Hell do not deserve as they are in Hell.
