exactly, and how interesting the term has not been hidden in anyway by anyone yet, including French affair who seems convinced of his erronous view that only whites can be rascist and be charged with hate crimes by use of words.

What utter garbage, and that too borders on real rascism.
Wigger, ******, **** or Chink, don't really mean a lot to me other than words or ridiculous silly taunts.
However some may find them offensive so I'd advize careful or non use of them words, but if you do expect a few shocks, but never ever a criminal charge unless OTHER words or threats have been used in a certain context.
This is never acceptable for one race above another, and never was but its often used by rascists groups to stir tension by suggesting certain ethnic groups are some how favoured in law on some issues, thats just complete BS
