He's not confident that he's going to the final. He WANTS to be in the final now, everyone does and he does want to win. It is a gameshow and the whole point if to win!

Stu knows that he is one of the people on the hitlist and Stu sussed out everyone last night. He knows that people want him out because he's not in their group.

He even said,
"I dont belong to that group so obviously I wont be in the final". Kat, Darnell, Rachel, Sara also joined in on the talk.

I like it that he has become more upbeat since Friday, and he is thinking about the game, everyone is... especially Kat, she already has planned the 5 other people she wants in the finale).
