I'm almost 100% sure he truly wants to leave. But, he doesn't want to leave to 'boos', which is why he should leave this Friday, as next Friday will be too late for him and he will have made some 'haters' by then seeing as he's been miserable and boring since Dale left.

Im seeing the oposite, Ive been seeing him as more chatty and happy since Dale left, he may want to go but he isnt going on about it every 2 seconds.
