you dont say (suddenly remembering the infamous I'm liking Rex tread)

Well whatever you decide, dont ask for Rex's (the head sheff) advive, he's the one who enlists the help of 6 other people and ends up making one not as good as a blind man

With that in mind I think your cake will be just about perfect
