The night before she made up with Darnell.
If she had nominated Darnell, Mo, Rachel or Rex, people would have called her two faced and a backstabber.
That left Mikey or Sara. Mikey had been there for longer than Sara and also with Mikey being close to Rachel, she probably did not want to upset Rachel.
She actually explained to Sara they she only nominated her because of how small the group is. Sara said it was fine and she understood and that she had no problem with it as everyone has to nominate someone
