Default Salt

After seeing Kat pour loads of salt over the chicken earlier, it got me thinking.

Who here loves salt on their food?

I can't eat anything without salt (obviously not fruit or whatever) but I love salt on everything. Maybe I like it more because I don't like vinegar?

Only salt and vinegar crisps! I generally don't like adding salt to anything.

That was sooooo much salt! I love salt on chips, don't actually put it on anything else but I'm sure the food I eat is full of it.

I like a sprinkle on things like chips, fast foody foods. But nothing else just added in the meal like if its homemade for flavour.

I NEVER have any salt.

Only because I'm not particularly bothered, but too much is foul and there's already enough salt in everything, so I'm fine.

I rarely have anything without salt.

Pasta, rice, chips, chicken, potato-based things, vegetables, roast dinners...whatever apart from already rich-flavoured things (ie. in sauce, pizza, etc.)

You have pasta and rice with salt?!

I only really have it on chips but I don't eat them too often. I go mad for pepper though especially on a Sunday dinner.

I'm surprised noones had a heart attack with the amount of salt Kat used.
