get over it. Nobody cares.

They seem both happy, and Darnell is an adult, he has been he before, if he cannot handle her, then why keep going back for more.

And he starts things as well.

At least they are doing something which is worth watching.

Your sara-tinted glasses offer a distorted view of the world. Fine, she wants to be friends. But she needs to make that clear/establish boundaries.
