If you can put on weight that easiily Your lucky. Its too hard to put on for me.

But best thing is to do cardio 3 times a week for running is most beneficial to losing weight.

Weight training for your legs if you dont like them would be good high reps with a low weight as would stomach and arms really.

Ask your mum if she will stop buying chocolate n that. My mum when she goes food shopping doenst buy any chcoclate crisps cookies or anything, chicken, pasta that sorta thing for dinner and veg.

Loads of fruit,
yoghurt and cereal bars. For Snacks.

I gained 2 stone in 6 weeks eating anything and everything but all went on as muscle from training

Well Conzors you're not in a good place you obviously do have a problem concerning food. From images I have seen of you on this forum you do look like you are on the chunky side of life but with eat healthy, increase your exercise and try to spend time doing hobbys and then you wont have time to think of food and your weight. If that doesn't work I suggest you get support from a psychologist or doctor on the problem maybe they can help you move forward and away from this food thought. It does seem you have a mental problem and you do need help before you become too fat or diet so much you hurt your own health.

Do dancing, its fun and it makes you lose a bit of weight. Last week I weighed myself and I was 11 stone 2, but I dance like every day, I walk around everyday as I go to college 5 days a week, and I weighed myself this morning and I was 10 stone 13, so just do a lot of excercise, some walking around and just dance cos its fun and helps you lose weight.

I hope this helps xx

You would be surprised, it can be a mental illness more than anything. Most cases are started by people giving compliments about you being skinny when you have not ate for a while and people just take it to far, and it becomes addictive.

yeah, that happened to me last year.

Usually when I start to lose weight i get alot happier, but I become too obsessive, and then i go to the other end and binge. At the moment I'm at that stage and clothes are small for me again.

BTW; you don't need to be skinny to be anorexic. i know a person with it who got a lot THINNER, but wasn't skinny by that point.

I'm not anorexic or anything - I have compulsive eating syndrome or something. Basically, i'll eat nothing or everything.

This year I lost a stone in a week and a half . But then my parents went to the extent of forcing me to eat. But it's annoying as I'm getting fat again :'(.

Like Gavin said, danicing is good. Just put on The Box or something for like a half an hour when your family is out, and make yourself dance to every song. It's fun and it makes you sweat buckets, airgo - weight loss!

Although eating healthy and doing exercise can work wonders, if you find it hard doing this just make small modifications for example instead of having full fat butter get a healthy lighter version if there is one, and also instead of having things like crisps have dried fruit which I actually found better than fresh fruit. I just made small modifications like this and lost about 5 pound you find it just becomes second nature.
And remember i am always there for a chat.
