bar the chips if you have just a plain burger or nuggets from macdonalds its healthiest. until you hit the chip which is pretty much salt with a few chips on top.
Kfc does stuff like not salt its chips and the chicken is usually of good quality. but the skin they use if full of fat.
A large pizza from pizza hut with no toppings has 3000 calories alone. Full or fat and carbs to so pizza is probably the most unhealthy.
You'd be better off getting nandos or subway.
