Default I feel like physically hurting someone

I have had the WORST day. It started off quite well. Then it got worse as it went on.

First I was meant to switch from Home Ec to Art cos I hate Home Ec and the teacher is horrid plus I sit beside some weirdo. I got to art and the teacher says the class is full and that I either have to go back to Home Ec or go into the smaller art class (which messes up my timetable completely). Oh and this is after I bought a **** load of art equipment!

Then I got to French and got to sit between my friend and this guy that she knows I like. I get caught chewing gum so I have to get up to put it in the bin - she takes my seat and pushes all my books over to her seat?! So then I steal her book as blackmail - she tells on me and I get sent out for immature behavior! Then I forgot to put my phone in my locker, I hit the leg of the desk (it was in my pocket) some crappy ringtone goes off - phone confiscated for 2 WEEKS, a note home, my parents have to collect it and I pay a fine of £10!

And then finally Science, my friend takes the seat beside him again, I remember I have a test which I'm about 70% sure I'll fail and some cock behind me writes on my FACE with a pen and then his friend does the same with a highlighter!

I ended up breaking down into tears over my only three quarters filled out science test.

Life's a bitch . . .

I'd refuse to pay that fine, they surely can't make you.

I had such bad problems in my previous science group - I was in a class full of immature assholes who would throw stuff at me and humiliate me... all I could do was fight back the tears. Same thing happened with this ****ing stuck up **** who was actually spitting at me for no reason. Yes, NO reason. All her friends where around her so I could do NOTHING. I just wanted to get a metal boot and basically kick her nose in

I then moved science groups, so I had to cross the year half which ruined my timetable, and I had to move English, Religious Studies, Maths and PE classes. But PE and science are really good, now.

Seriously, just tell your parents everything and move groups. It's not running away, at all.

They can't make you pay a fine just because your phone is confiscated. Tell your school you'll take legal action against you if they make you pay the fine, they'll soon give it you back for free.

lol our teachers weren't strict and people used to challenge them all the time, but it didn't stop a 28 day system where they were all kept in the safe. but one day the safe got robbed so there was a lot of uproar about that, and people just continued to complain until someone started getting all the law books out (because they were from a law background anyway) and saying how they can't do it etc and started challenging all the teachers, it was like wtf? anyway they ended up reviewing it and it turned out this person found a loophole where you can get the police involved because or theft? so yeah, legally they can't actually do it.
