You're looking too into it. If I looked at someone, there'd always be one thing I judge them on. It's a natural first impression. People will look a mess, that's nothing to do with race - its more appearance. If he never mentioned they were foreign, you wouldn't be jumping on him for being "racist".

Insulting a person for their race is racist - he just described someone.

spot on, and there lies the crux to this argument often people screaming what is and isnt racist have never experienced real rascism before and probably never will.
Instead they sit back and judge themselves on what is or should be racsist or not and then annouce/ or control these minority groups by telling them how offended they ort to be.
Not once giving a thought to people who can decide for themselves, thats not our right only the "judge" can decide that, and thats what I find REALLY RACIST.
I'm sick of people who have never experienced racism at first hand telling others what and how offensive it is, ignorant people who have nobody higher to control cept those "poor" insignificant foreign people.
